HOW TO MAKE A LOTEK - JAVANESSE TRADITIONAL DISHES - Lotek is one the traditional Indonesian dishes that came from Central Java, and the taste is good and very delicious because it’s combine with the peanut sauce that have a spicy taste, and sweet taste, is combine into one delicious of Lotek. Lotek recipe uses vegetable-based material is then presented with additional peanut sauce as its complement.

Lotek is one of the typical snacks of Central Java, if you visit Semarang or Solo certainly many restaurants that sell typical menu of this Lotek. Lotek is almost similar to pecel or hodgepodge Betawi, but pecel using spinach and cabbage as its main ingredient whereas if hodgepodge Betawi using boiled eggs as supplementary material. Lotek uses only vegetable ingredients such as beans, squash, kale, sprouts and young jackfruit.

Ingredients :

  • ·         10 long bean stalk
